are the principal basics that I compiled
and derived
from several articles/publications and successful companies
about
what a CEO or leader
of a team should have.
1)
Create and Drives the noble and meaningful Visions.
2)
Establish the right and applicable culture,
foster and promote
it become a working and living style.
3)
Inspire and coach others, place the right and capable people to right
place at the right time and doing the right thing.
4)
Grow and develop Leaders.
5)
Liberate Passion of all parties so that thing can be done in a much
fast and correct way.
6)
Build up trust and synergic
system
within company but constantly monitoring progress and system.
7)
Have very clear and precise control of
strategy and direction.
8)
Watch over the finances and critical business
operations like a hawk.
9)
Communicate ideas and communicate very
well. Encourage open and straight forward information sharing
and setup very well define core policy and follow through.
10)
Gather, Absorb, analyze mass amount of data and information and able to
make critical and correct decision in very short time.
11)
Listen with clear head and open mind.
12)
Disrupt Comfort (Questionable? I have issues about this
item).
