Answer: In general all kind
of useful and systematic information
to help and facilitate faster, accurate and robust circuit
and/or
system design are welcome. .Currently, we are focus on only electronics
circuit or system design. Later on the IP scope maybe change.if needs
come.
Question: What is the
minimum
required materials for submission?
Answer: It varies because it all depends on the nature of the IP you
created and submit. However the gidelines for submission are that the
IP can be independently double checked and verified. Also the
supporting documents are in good quality and in sync with the submit IP
materials.
For example, if your IP is for Integrated
Circuit design, then we would require the following
elements if possible.
(1)
Circuit design schematic in Orcad Schematic or AWR
Microwave office.
(2)
Clear, accurate
and detail description of circuit functionality and operational modes
in Word document format.
(3) A
PDF version of the above described document with submitter name,
affiliation,
school or institute and date.
(4)
Design specification Pass/Fail specification in XML format. You can
download
design spec XML format from pdk101.com after you register with
pdk101.com.
(5)
Test
Bench Netlist and detail circuit netlist in ASCII format.
(6)
SPICE model files and source for your simulation based on.
(7) If hardIP such as GDS file, then the details of process
technology, Foundry Fab, PDK verification and tools used to validate
hardIP are needed.

submission consulting. Email is preferable at this time (as of July
2012).
(2) If your IP package is quite ready, then gather and arrange all your
IPfarm
elements
into one compressed file and ftp to pdk101.com/submission_portal.
(3) You will receive a confirmation email once the ftp upload is done
successfully.
(4) Staff at PDK101.com will start communicating with you about bring
your
IP elements into PDK101.com.
