These are the principal basics that I compiled and derived from several articles/publications and successful companies about what a CEO or leader of a team should have.

1) Create and Drives the noble and meaningful Visions.

2) Establish the right and applicable culture, foster and promote it become a working and living style.

3) Inspire and coach others, place the right and capable people to right place at the right time and doing the right thing.

4) Grow and develop Leaders.

5) Liberate Passion of all parties so that thing can be done in a much fast and correct way.

6) Build up trust and synergic system within company but constantly monitoring progress and system.

7) Have very clear and precise control of strategy and direction.

8) Watch over the finances and critical business operations like a hawk.

9) Communicate ideas and communicate very well.  Encourage open and straight forward information sharing and setup very well define core policy and follow through.

10) Gather, Absorb, analyze mass amount of data and information and able to make critical and correct decision in very short time.

11) Listen with clear head and open mind.

12) Disrupt Comfort (Questionable? I have issues about this item).
